1. Open the Registry
Begin from opening the Registry by single click the command "Begin" , enter "regedit" and click "Enter" button in your keyboard.

2. Find your lost files in the Registry
Expanding the folder in turn: KEKEY_LOCAL_MACHIME/
SOFTWARE/ Microsoft/ WINDOWS/ CURRENTVERSION/ EXPLORER/DESKTOP/ NAMESPACE

Click "Create" in the left blank place, and choose “Key”, name the new folder as "5FFO40_5081_101B_9F08_00AA002F954E"

And set the value of the default key as "Recycle Bin" and then exit from registry.

3. Reboot you computer

This method is useful. As long as you don't clean the disk, and your system is OK, any files can be get back in this way.
