3 Ways of Curing Hair Loss through Food Treatment

Many people, especially for the middle-aged and appearance-conscious, are afflicting with hair loss today. I am willing to advice you as follow, and hope the ways will help you with working out the problem. 1.    Have some porridge with spinach (100g), black sesame (20g) and almond (15g) each day. Or drink delicious soup two times a day, cooked with celery (30g), black beans (30g), Fructus Mori Albae (20g) and Hawthorn meat (15g). You can take butter honey porridge once a day. The cooking method is to cook rice with water until it is foiled then put butter and honey into it. 2.    You had better eat green vegetables like spinach, leek, celery, round peppers and green asparagus. Green vegetables can beautify the skins promote the movement of melanin to make hair healthy forever. And, the rich fiber in green vegetables can increase hairs. Have more legumes because soybeans play an important role in increasing the luster and stretch of hair and preventing bifurcation and from being broken. What’s more, it is very essential to have some seaweed such as kelp. They are rich in calcium, iodine, potassium and other nutrients, which is capable of promoting the metabolism of brain cells as well as preventing gray hair. In addition, there are other foods beneficial to hair growth, such as sweet potatoes, yams, bananas, pineapples and mangoes. Jujube also has a function of preventing hair loss, enhancing the body’s immune, protecting the liver and lowering blood pressure. 3.    Eat less or none fast food including pastries, carbonated beverages and ice cream. These foods deeply loved by young ladies have risks affecting normal hair growth and make them curly if people eat too much. Moreover, excessive smoking is also bad for hair growth, so less smoking or no smoking is very important. It is not beneficial to hair to live tide and cold room and have nervous tension as well as anxiety. Therefore, people working in a cold room for a long-term should always wear cotton clothes or thicker fabrics so as to withstand the cold conditions.The problem of hair loss will soon be solved if you follow these rules of food treatment. I suggest that you must insist on it otherwise there will be no changes in a short-term.
