Best 5. roc's feather/cape
i couldnt find any real usage footage of the cape/feather, so i put up a video of a lets play. ANYWAY, so in every zelda game, you are not allowed to jump, rihgt? WRONG!!!!! in oracle of ages and seasons, as well as the minish cap, you get an item called roc's cape/feather. depeinding if you are running with the pegsus boots or without, you are able to jump a certain distance. its so awesome. i just wish they didnt put those sidescrolling parts in the oracle games. whatever. its so fun to use, and i give it a high five.

Best 4. megaton hammer
this hammer kicks some major ass. no doubt about it. not any hammer, but this speicific one. why? because its so darn powerful. and its the first? i think it is. im not sure. but when you slam down with this, the whole screen shakes, a big shockwave emanates from it, and im sure that the rumble pak would shake. now thats power. its so fun to use, and it also serves as bombs. the people who made this are geniuses. i give this 5 power waves

best 3. the bow and arrow
the bow and arrow has been a staple through the whole series. and i mean the whole thing. this item has been there in every single zelda game. the aiming was a little annoying in the 3d games, except for the wii twilight princess. this is so fun, and it has a multi-purpose for solving puzzles, and completely pwning enemies. its just overall fun. i love how they expanded on this with the fire and ice arrows, and how in the wind waker, you can make enemies dissapear with the light arrows. its just so cool. and then in twilight princess, they dont have fire and ice, but you can combine the arrows with bombs and the hawkeye. its really cool.

Best 2. the double clawshot
link- man, link-man, does whatever a spider can. uses the double clawshot, to swing from vines, yes he can cause he's link-man. look out, here comes link man.
ok this is so cool. imagine one hookshot/clawshot. now imagine you take another one. thats what this item is. you can claw to one object, stay there, and claw to another after. thats just super sweet. this item is just pure genius, and why they havent come up with this before just boggles the mind. its just so fun to use.

best 1. the spinner
this is my favorite zelda item ever. it lets you spin places, and the way they put the places to spin in high areas, its just so cool looking down and seeing everything below you. it is just so fun to use, and its so creative. i never would have been able to come up with this. I KNOW THAT YOU DONT USE IT MUCH IN THE GAME, AND YOU CANT KILL ENEMIES WITH IT. i still like it very very very very very very (etc.) much. i hope they expand on this item greatly for the next zelda title after spirit tracks. hopefully it will be wii. i would buy it in the blink of an eye. this item gets an infinite amount of grooves.

honorable mentions- bombs, hookshot, ball and chain, mirror shield, pegasus boots. all these would have come somewhere on the list if i had more slots :)

before i begin this final 5, i would like to say that the dominion rod does not completely suck. i like it, even though it has no real use besides ACCESSING A PART OF THE GAME. i know it doesnt kill enemies, but i still wish they would expand on it.

so without further ado, here is the final countdown, which i know everyone want to know the worst more than the best :)
