MSG as a food ingredient has been the subject of health studies. A report from the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) compiled in 1995 on behalf of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) concluded that MSG was safe for most people when "eaten at customary levels".
5 Don't when you use monosodium glutamate (MSG)!

1. Don't use monosodium glutamate whe you make cold dishes.
2. Don't use monosodium glutamate with Vinegar together.
3. Don't use monosodium glutamate when you prepare the Tune filling.
4. Don't use monosodium glutamate when you cook meat dishes.
5. Dont' use sweet monosodium glutamate .
