6 Useful Summer Travel Tips - What Should You Notice in the Summer Travel

Summer is the best season to travel. But don’t forget to prevent the travel disease when you enjoy the beauty of nature. Here are some useful tips for you.

Arrange time properly to prevent ultraviolet radiation.
Avoid going out at noon as far as possible. Especially don’t go for a field trip in the hot weather without wind. You should apply sunscreen in the bare part of your body. Wash sunbathing as little as possible. Because it can accelerate the aging of skin if you exposure to the sun exorbitantly.

People perspire heavy and have sunstroke easily during the travel for the high temperature in summer. Well, how to prevent sunstroke?

Wear light-colored clothes.
You should wear white, light-colored or plain colored clothes when have a travel in summer. It is not suitable to wear black or blue clothes. Because wearing white and plain colored clothes can not have sunstroke easily for they heat slowly, heat radiation faster and cool.

Wear adiabatic straw hats.
The raw materials of straw hats are most hollow and have adiabatic effect. In addition, the straw hats have certain shelter effect to sunlight. So you’d better wear a straw hat or take a sunshade when go for a travel in summer.

Take a noon break.
The air is fresh and cool in the morning. So you’d better set out early. And have a noon break to added energy and avoid the strong sunshine. You can have the travel activities after three o’clock afternoon.

Drink more salt water.
People will sweat more in summer but the salt in body will reduce. The osmotic pressure of our body will lose balance. Then people will have sunstroke. You can add lost salts and prevent sunstroke through drinking more salt water or salt tea.

Take some sunstroke prevention medicine.
It’s easy to catch a cold for the changeable weather during the trip. And it’s easier to have sunstroke in the lank and hot weather. So you should take some sunstroke prevention medicine. Once someone has sunstroke, you should carry the patient to the cool, ventilated place and let her keep flat.
