The nutrients in these foods help you to protectagainst dangers types of cancer and other diseases. 3 - Youshould eat sugary foods in limit, and adopt foods such as salty snackfoods, white bread. A Lot of sugary foods contains great quantity offat and called calorie-dense. 4 - You should leave animalfat.
