A patient is diagnosed using three main methods, which are:
* Darsana Pareeksha or observation of the patient's physical attributes
* Prasna Pareeksha or ask questions relevant to the patient
* Sparsana Pareeksha or physically examine the patient
Depending on symptoms, specific treatment of Ayurveda is defended. The main types of therapy or treatment Ayurveda Chikitsa or employees are Shama relief therapy and Chikista Sodhana or purification therapy.
Shama Chikitsa medicinal plants used to restore an imbalance that can occur in any of the doshas. Chikista Sodhana eliminating sources of toxic elements that may be present in the body due to various metabolic processes. This is done by using different purification treatments to rebalance the body.
Ayurveda Therapy has many methods to improve the complete and total wellness. Some of them are Ayurveda Diet, Ayurveda Massage, Pancha Karma, Ayurveda Aromatherapy, Color Therapy and Gem.
Ayurveda Diet
Diet is one of the most important Ayurvedic therapies. Sattvic Ayurveda recommends a diet to keep body and mind in peace. Sattvic diet is mainly vegetarian diet. Ayurveda believes that an individual should avoid meat, especially meat, because it causes harm to animals. Eating foods rich in organic foods, such as Prana is also advocated.
Ayurveda Massage
Ayurveda massage is also known as Abhyagna or massage oil is an important therapy and Ayurveda. Massage oil calms the mind and body and helps relieve pain. It also improves blood circulation which in turn has many advantages such as increased longevity.
Pancha Karma
Pancha Karma, which means "five treatments" refers to the elimination of toxic matter that is present in the body and therefore it is purifying. This is a very effective therapy in Ayurveda to balance the body and the results of the doshas are brought back into balance.
Aromatherapy Ayurveda
Aromatherapy is an additional therapy in Ayurveda. The main area of interest for Ayurveda Aromatherapy is the mind. In addition to soothe and relax the mind, but also helps in the process of meditation for improving the ability to concentrate. Depending on the used oil smell different benefits are clearly evident after use.
