Quality assurance systems are the codified techniques for evaluating and testing all commercially available goods and services. In other words, quality assurance systems seek to ensure that detergent powders actually remove stains, that a pancake mix can turn into edible deliciousness with just a few cups of water and that your refrigerator will keep your milk fresh and the beer ice-cold.
