This has underscored the fact that Noida has gained interest ofbuyers, where a majority of buyers are end users. Our project, Lotus Boulevard ,which is India 'slargest green residential estate that we launched a few months ago, has seenalmost 90% sales. We believe these factors will provide stability to realestate market in Noida. While residential sector is picking up fast, commercialsector in is yet to make a similar mark."     Omaxe group maintains that Noida, due to its proximityto Delhi , hasdeveloped into a land of real estate opportunities. The 23-km express highwaybetween Noida and Greater Noida has led to high end user demand in Noida's real estatemarket .
