Picture in your mind your favorite coffee house filled with inspiring nonprofit leaders from all over the country.

A lively debate about the future trends is taking place in one corner. Two leaders are working out a solution to an employee issue in another corner. One leader is sharing a successful fundraising strategy with another group.

Future leaders and volunteers alike congregate in their own corner but meander into other discussions to learn from the best.

You walk into the coffee house and you are greeted by friends who are happy you have joined them because you have a wealth of knowledge to share as well. Picture Norm on the TV show Cheers, except there are no walls, stools or tables. It is a virtual coffee shop full of members gathered together to inspire, empower and elevate each other and the nonprofit field.

What will be today's topic? One thing you know for sure, it will be interesting; it will be useful and you will feel supported and connected to like-minded people across the world.
