This year's "Sobriety Under the Sun" convention in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico attracted hundreds of members of Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon to listen to speakers and enjoy the beautiful weather. "We enjoy traveling down to Puerto Vallarta each year for this event," says Mark U., an AA member from Rhode Island who serves as the official audio recorder for the event each year. "They always have the best presenters and wow, isn't the weather beautiful!" Sobriety Under the Sun attracts AA and Al-Anon members from all around the world, particularly the US, Canada and Mexico, for a three day weekend that includes workshops, special events and AA members who are particularly well-known for their speaking abilities and vivid and powerful stories. The audio that is recorded is produced for distribution to other fellowship members through the website rexark.com, where the 2010 event recordings are available along with recordings from past years. ReXark provides its services free of charge to Sobriety Under the Sun and other conferences, and recoups some of its expenses through the sale of the CD packages. "Among the presenters this year was Father Tom W. from Oakland, California," Mark U. says, "who's known worldwide, and its a very special treat to get to hear him speak." For more information on "Sobriety Under the Sun" visit the conference's website at http://www.aapvconvention.com, and to see the recordings that are available, visit ReXark AA Gifts and Collectibles at www.rexark.com. ###
