The programmefits into Amnis’ Lean Leader Programme, for those wishing to further developtheir Lean-related knowledge and expertise.   Participants receive all materials,guides and follow-up telephone and email support, as well as a book by Amnis’ MarkEaton, the programme lead.   Eaton, who is the author of ‘Leanfor Practitioners’ and ‘Sustaining Lean Healthcare Programmes’ aswell as over 50 articles and books on topics related to organisationaldevelopment, Lean and change, commented: “The programme is a new venturebetween Amnis and the IHM but it is tried-and-tested – with over 3,000successful graduates at present.
