And then there are the things which youmust do during your stay. One absolute must whilst you’re in Seville is to experience the delights of eatingTapas. In order to do this you need to have some knowledge of what it is you’reordering so here is a run-down of some my favourite Tapas from this fantasticSpanish city.   Firstly let’s begin with afew meaty suggestions. A simple but delicious optionis a plate of Jamón Iberico (SpanishHams) or a little more indulgent is solmilloal whiskey (pork in whiskey) or Albondigas (meatballs).   If you’re looking for a seafooddish there is the old favourite of calamares (deep fried squid rings) or you could try calamares a la plancha which is the grilled option in a garlic andoil sauce. Following on with the squid theme Chipirones a la plancha (grilled baby squid) is another deliciousversion.   Other tasty seafood tapas include Boquerones en vinagre (anchovies invinaigre) which are deliciously marinated and not at all salty and Gambas rebozadas (battered prawns).   If you’re a vegetarian thereare plenty of options for you too including pimientospadrón (Grilled green peppers with rock salt), patatas bravas or patatas alioli (potatoes in brava or garlic sauce) and berenjena con miel (aubergine in honey) which are all as equallytasty as the meat and fish dishes.   So now if your Seville Hotel is booked and you’ve checked the forecast I think you should beabout ready to experience this fantastic city and the delicious Spanishtradition of Tapas.
