It increases flexibility of your body. Yoga has section that act upon the various joints of the body. The more you practice, the more flexible your joints are.

It increases lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons. Study shows that other rigid parts of your body will experience a remarkable flexibility, even though they are not work upon. Why? Unrelated yoga positions act upon certain parts of the body in an integrally manner. Other pars of your body are practiced when you enjoy this magic gymnastics.

It massages all organs of the body. Yoga is a loyal Massagist who will never miss any part of your body, including gland, prostate- that hardly get externally stimulated during our lifetime. It acts in a wholesome manner on the various body pars which can benefits us by driving away disease and disorder.

It detoxicates our blood. With the improvement of the joints and muscles, blood could bring nourishment to various parts of the body, which is helpful in flushing out of toxin from tiny organs. At last, we become energetic, young and excited in life.

It tones up the muscles. During the acting of organs, muscles can be stimulated repeatedly, which tones up the flaccid and weak parts.

It relieves your pressure. Physical activities are helpful when you bear stress. Doing yoga distracts your attention from trifle in your daily life and work. After practicing, your health condition is improved and you will find yourself is confident. Then, you can dealt with all troubles in front of you.
