• Avoid fried foods and foods with high sugar content.
• Have more fiber and protein contents.

• Green salads with cucumber and tomato are good for fighting dehydration. They contain more water which is a natural fat burner. They have less calories and less sodium. So you can be sure that these salads will never put up to your weight.
