Teenagers are becoming major consumers of Energy drinks. Over 500 new brands were launched this year, giving young people a range of styles, sizes and flavors to choose from. Although widely marketed as sports drinks that replenish important nutrients lost during strenuous exercise, energy drinks have little nutritional value.
