BILLINGS SOUTHSIDE 24-YEAR-OLD WOMAN NOT THE REAL SHOOTER ACCORDING TO EYE WITNESS: TAKING BLAIM TO PROTECT REAL SHOOTER

Once again the Montana News stresses that the white 24-year-old-woman according to sources, who witnessed the shooting, are telling others in the community that there was no woman out in the alley, nor did this 24-year-old woman do any shooting, nor was she present during the time of the shooting.


Sources, (witness)who were there at the time of the shooting have CLEARLY stated that the black man has priors on his record and this girl, allegedly, is taking the blame and claiming, according to the Billings Police Department, “ She reported that she saw people coming down the alley, yelling and cussing at her, she THOUGHT, they were going to break into her house”. The two victims of the shooting were in the alley and not even on the property of where the 24-year-old woman lives. Yet, She then claims that she started shooting and according to the Police Department, she did not say that she was actually threatened. (This is NOT a self defense issue but a case of attempted murder and murder amoungst other charges.)


The Billings Police Department would be doing the public a grave misdeed by not really picking apart this woman's story, the truth somehow evades this 24-year-old woman's account. Allegedly, according to eye witnesses, she was not even there according to a Witness who has spoken to the Billings Police Department. This same Witness has told 4 or 5 other people that it was the black man who shot and killed his friend, then turned the gun on him as he ran away down the alley afraid for his safety and getting shot and killed.


Another piece of evidence that the Billings Police have is a semi-automatic pistol. The pistol has been viewed by other street gangs, and these street gangs can identify the pistol being carried, allegedly, in the past by a particular, black man. (The same black man who allegedly shot and killed and wounded two people. According, again to an eye witnesses account of the shooting.)


Iffland said the woman had a semi-automatic pistol. A semi-automatic rifle was also found at the scene, and is believed to be used by one of the two shooting victims.



Arthur Mario Santos Banda, 19, who's street name is 'Boo', wake was yesterday between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Rival gang members of the Nortenos the Sereneos, Miatha's, Supathoes, along with family members and friends were present all paying their respect to 'Boo'. Arthur, was dressed in black and grey. He looked peaceful.


The Montana News has reported on this case, released facts, that later were confirmed by the Billings Police Department, yet they still seem to be blinded by this 24-year-old woman who claims to have shot and killed a man and wounded another. How could she do that when she was not even there??? WAKE UP COPS, GET IT RIGHT. Just like the Michael Lucero shooting, Billings Police said in a press release that it was a drive by shooting, when in fact it was not. The Cops got it wrong on that one ALSO. Later the Billings Police admitted that they were wrong in putting out that press release statement which turned out to be false.
