Can We Uninstall Programs Perfectly?

As we all know that nowadays, computers have become an inseparable part of our daily and work life. They help us easily get in touch with the outside world so as to make our internet life colorful and our work more efficient But please note that, that is the programs/applications installed on the computer change the computer from a cold and non-responsive machine into an active and useful helper to all people.
