You have to keep a lot in mind when you are looking and trying to get the perfect career. After filling out the applications you still have to go through the interviews to actually get hired. Job interviews can be tricky sometimes and not everyone is good at them. Here are a few tips to help you get through. -The first thing to keep in mind is the focus on the company that you want to work for. You should research before you go about them and now what they stand for. Make sure you say not only what you are good at but how it will help them. -Also, be calm. A lot of times the person doing the interview is nervous as well so you need to just take a step back and a deep breath and strut your stuff. -Don't change your answers. Stop after a question is asked, think about the question, and then respond with the best possible answer. This is not the lightning round, and you don't need to be speedy with your responses. Give thoughtful answers, not quick simple ones. -Don't try to answer with what they want to hear, answer honestly. If you don't know an answer, tell them. Just be serious and upfront about everything. If you give a standard or seemingly insincere answer, they can tell and will definitely deduct points for your lack of original thought. -Be yourself. You don't have to know everything (no one does) otherwise they'd have built one by now. They want charismatic and hardworking people that are able to get the job done. Give them the best that you've got, and leave knowing that you did the best you could. -Leave your defeatist attitude at home. Even if you aren't confident in yourself, pretend to be. No one is going to hire you if they think you're too meek to get the job done. Self-doubt is not something that an employer wants in his office atmosphere. If you trust yourself then they will trust you. These are just a few tips that might be able to help you nail the job interview. Remember to stay focused on the task at hand and to be confident, even if you're faking it. Fake confidence is better than obvious and real self-doubt. Allow yourself to figure out exactly what you want and need from a job, and then use these tips to sail through the interview with flying colors. 6 sigma is the way to take your company to the top.
