You may eat it when mixed with food or raw.

Green tea is not just an antioxidant but can also prevent plaques in the surface of the teeth. It reduces the risk of having cavities and gum disease. Green tea can also help you heal or diminish bad breath. Some of the teas available today have fluoride that protects the enamels of the teeth.
