Downloads online of self help audio have hit an all-time high, according to one industry expert.  Sam Randeau, who runs the website rexark.com, says he's seen a steady increase of Customers who choose to download the talks his Company records, of speakers from AA and Al-Anon Convention and Anniversary meetings.
