Early Retiree Reinsurance Program data aggregation webinar

As many start submitting for Early Retiree Subsidy dollars many may be finding that they are not getting back the predicted amounts they were expecting. There are many requirements that plan sponsors need to be aware of to ensure that a full amount of subsidy money is received. ERRP is still going through a phase where everything is still being established and new guidance is continuing to come out. Even as of December 30th, Health and Human Services issued further Q & A guidance on cost reporting requirements, clarifying many questions pertaining to data aggregation.

5. Identifying incurred dates
6. Monitoring and reporting claim “adjustments” and “reversals”
7. Tracking claims between plan years (i.e. incurred in one period, paid in a subsequent period)
8. Accounting for “capitation” payments in an HMO
