eToro Re-launches New and Improved Online WebTrader

The eToro forex platform has just released a new version of their online, no-download-required WebTrader forex platform with new features and a slick new design.

Since last year’s launch of the eToro online WebTrader, many traders have discovered the advantages of having an online trading option in addition to the downloadable eToro forex software. The WebTrader enables traders to monitor and manage trades from wherever they are with the use of any standard internet browser, which opens up the options of eToro’s traders immensely, especially those traders who are regularly on the go.

Now eToro has launched a new and improved WebTrader platform with several new features. One of these features is the integration of the eToro chat into the WebTrader, so that traders can now not only monitor and manage trades, but also catch up on what’s happening in the eToro community, or the latest topics discussed by their trader friends.

Another new addition to the WebTrader is the optional integration of a live news tab into the trading interface. This optional tab gives traders the ability to check up on the latest forex market news while they are managing their positions. The widget option is also still available, to provide online forex traders with live and accurate information about currency movements, forex related economic announcements, as well as eToro’s Top Traders’ Insight and Trading Challenge information.

"We simply decided that the WebTrader needed an upgrade in order to provide the essential advantaged of the eToro platform to the online user," said eToro product manager, Ronen Assia. "One of the features that our traders most enjoy is the integrated eToro chat, so we thought it would be nice for traders to be able to log in to the chat online anywhere and anytime, which is now possible within the WebTrader."

To top it all off, the new WebTrader looks slick and smart in its new black and green design. The sliding tabs provide extremely comfortable navigation from one tool to another so that one can get a full trading experience in the space of one’s web browser.
