Expensify is making expense management suck less every day. Today sees the release of yet another improvement sure to please bookkeepers and accountants: QuickBooks export of direct-deposit reimbursed expense reports. This new feature simplifies the workflow of reimbursing expense reports. Before, reimbursing expenses by direct deposit and QuickBooks check were two separate processes. Once an expense report passed the approval process, it could be reimbursed by direct deposit (ACH) from within Expensify. Though popular and quick, it required an extra step to log the reimbursement in the QuickBooks ledger. The other option, reimbursing by a QuickBooks check, logged the reimbursed amount automatically, but created extra steps outside of accounting: a check had to be printed, it had to be delivered to the employee, and finally the employee had to go to their bank to deposit the check in to their account. In both cases, each process required additional work.Expensify now supports the best of both worlds: reimburse with direct deposit and export to QuickBooks in one seamless step. When an approved expense report is ready to be exported to QuickBooks, it can be reimbursed with direct deposit right from the export window. The direct deposit is then automatically logged as a QuickBooks on report export. Just one more way Expensify is streamlining the expense reporting process for employees, managers, and bookkeepers alike.Expensify's goal is to simplify the expense management process for everyone involved. Whether this is by facilitating the ability for users to email in scanned receipts to attach to expenses, track cash expenditures using their mobile apps, one click expense report approval, or, now, even more seamless QuickBooks export. Visit https://expensify.com to experience the revolutionary new way to create your expense report, today. Free for individuals and up to two submitters per month, and only $5/submitter/mo after that. Expensify. Expense reports that don't suck.
