Save water at home is an essential way to save money. We can save water from five aspects at home: washing hands and face, toothbrushing, cooking, bathing and washing which is a large amount of water and it is a good way for us to make a contribution for the utilization of the natural resources. Here I will list out the specific methods to save water at home in the five aspects: 1. When washing face or hands, we should control the faucet switch to the small volume and turn off the water timely. The large volume will waste water. The best way to save water when washing face and hands is to wash in basin. 2. When brushing tooth, we should brush with a cup. If we use water when brushing tooth, we may open the faucet switch without break which is waster of water. But if we use cup to brush, it will save water twice a day for everyone in your family which is a large amount of water. 3. When cooking, we always open the faucet switch to the large volume and wash for a long time. Furthermore, boiling water for a long time and the vapor evaporates a lot. In order to save water in daily life , we can use paper to wipe the oil stain on the cooker, then wash them and we’d better control the flow rate of faucet and change the incessant washing to break washing. 4. When we have a bath, the efficient way to save water is to shower with breaks and when rubbing you should turn off the water timely. Avoid showing for a long time. The water of tubbing can be used for washing car, clothes, flushing the toilet or mopping the floor. 5. When washing clothes, in order to save water, we can wash the clothes together and reduce the number of washing. For the small clothes, we can wash with hand. When washing, put moderate detergent, excessive will waster lots of water.
