1. Swimming. Swimming is good exercise (that's obvious). Swimming is a lifetime sport that benefits the body and the whole person! Regular swimming builds endurance, muscle strength and cardio-vascular fitness. It fills a wonderful recreational need for individuals and families, from beach and pool fun to water parks. 2. Go to a library. If you have much free time, then why not go to a library? Borrowing books is a great way to use your library. Reading can broaden your horizon. What's more, there are many other benefits than just borrowing books. You can borrrow that latest, greatest book or movie from the library. And there are a variety of books you can choose from:science, arts,crafts sewing,cooking, finance,gardening. Even music and magazines are available there. Why spent a lot of money on those expensive fashion volumes or CD s? Just borrow it from your library. 3. Watch movies in a cinema. You must say that I can watch it on my laptop and a movie ticket would cost me a lot. Then why movies are so profitable if everyone thought it in your way? The secret is that a theater can produce a more perfect visual effect than the TV screen or laptop screen. It also can create some kind of atmosphere. The same line of an actor may gain totally different responses in cinema and in home. Moreover, you can either go to cinema with your partner or your family. That would be romantic and happy memories. 4. Go maintain climbing . Mountain climbing is one of the most challenging adventure sports today. More and more people are attracted to mountain climbing because it is an exciting and challenging way to workout with the benefits of enjoying fresh air and magnificent mountain sceneries. You are forced to walk for a long period of time up a steep terrain, testing your perseverance and overall fitness level. The breathtaking views that mountain climbing offers will rejuvenate you when you feel tired, and you will find yourself with more energy and endurance than you ever imagined possible. 5. Do some exercise. Health is really fundamental to do other things well. So don't addicted to online games or your warm bed. Get out and take some exercise. Badminton, table tennis and basketball are ordinary sports and there are many sports fields available for you. If you have particular interest in other sports, just go ahead and that will benefit you a lot.
