Put on weight is what the skinny people want to achieve. Put on weight can make the thin be strong, robust and healthy. How to put on weight? Here I will tell you five tips to put on weight scientifically in the following:  1.    In dietary respect, the thin are picky. Therefore, they should get rid of the bad habit, increase the dietary intake and eat diverse diet. Eat more carbohydrates, pasta is the best. In addition, the protein food, fruit and vegetables are indispensible. In daily life, eat those healthy snacks, such as peanuts, cream candy. Drink beer off, and then drink some juice. 2.    When intake enough protein, you should eat the food which rich contain fat and carbohydrate (i.e., starch, sugar, etc.). The redundant energy can be transformed into subcutaneous fat which will make the thin body strong and robust. The thin with a weak gastrointestinal function can eat the liver of chicken, duck, fish and sheep. In addition, fish is easy to digest and absorb. 3.    You should keep sufficient and good sleep. Good sleep is conducive to digestion and absorption of food. Stay up late or all night is harm for you to put on weight . Also a happy mental health and harmonious interpersonal relationship is good to put on weight. 4.    For those who stay in the office for ling time every day or lack of exercise should extract certain time to exercise which is not only improve the appetite, but also make the muscles and body health. If the muscle fibers can’t get exercise for a long time, it will become weak and atrophy relatively, you will become weak and lean. 5.    In sports, jogging is a good choice, because when jogging, the stomach peristalsis will increase significantly which will consume more energy and when eating, you will have a good appetite. Generally speaking, large amount of exercise, short time exercise and Rapid bursts movement is benefit to put on weight.
