Does consuming specific foods to reduce body fat really work? This may sound false, but there are many studies that show that people who eat certain foods burn more weight than those who don't consume these specific foods to burn fat, even when keeping all other items, such as food consumed, the hour they ate, gender, and age accounted for!

In this article we examine the top three foods to lose fat, and go over the science that makes these foods work:

Legumes
Beans are an awesome and healthy source of protein. They are also one of the top sources of carbs for the body, since they break down slowly in your stomach and take a relatively extended period to digest. This gives your body long lasting energy while preventing your hunger, and doesn't spike insulin levels. By keeping insulin production constant, your body will not develop more body fat.

Natural beans are the best option - baked beans are typically made with high levels of sugar and refried beans are made with large portions of of saturated fats - these options will supply too much sugar or calories to really be effective.

Natural Tea
Green Tea has a well known and deserved history of being one of the top options to burn fat. Furthermore, green tea has a lot of healthy antioxdants that eliminate free radicals and are truly excellent for your health. It has a minute amount of caffeine, which is enough to slighly elevate your |heart rate and metabolism without any harmful side effects.

It has been shown that people who drink 4-6 cups of green tea on a daily basis get rid of more weight and lose it at a faster pace than people who do not drink any green tea.

Calcium
Calcium is a known metabolism helper that has been proven over and over to help people reduce body weight. Calcium kept in fat cells plays a crucial role in regulating the way fat is stored and used by the digestive system. It's probable that the higher calcium levels are in a fat cell, the more fat it will use.

Calcium can come from green, leafy vegetables, but dairy sources are typically the simplest choice. Low fat milk, yogurt, and dietary cheeses are all perfect sources of calcium.

Water
You need water to survive much more than you require food. Water helps keep your body healthy and running at its highest level. If you are even a little bit dehydrated, your metabolism slows, your concentration is compromised, and your energy levels decline. Additionally, many the time when you believe you're hungry you may just only be thirsty - so drink a cup of water before a meal to help fill you up and to make sure that you truly want to eat.

The body needs a large quantity of water to run well - this supports your kidneys and liver to wipe out toxins and other bad elements. If the kidney has enough water to perform it's duty of eliminating out toxins, then it doesn't need to rely on the liver, our backup filtration system. That way, the liver can keep efficiently performing its main purpose - to change fat on the body into usable energy when the body needs it. Normally, if you think your metabolism is not performing at optimal levels and you are feeling sluggish, you can help it by consuming some extra water.

By eating the above foods (and staying hydrated everything it requires to reach its perfect weight.
