Valerie Duggan is proud to announce the grand opening of ALL OUT FITNESS CAMP and invites you to participate for free as many times as you’d like during the week of Monday, July 20th to Friday, July 24th.
Valerie is a highly qualified fitness fanatic ready to share her enthusiasm and energy with you! She holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University and will provide the motivation you need to see results.
So, what is fitness camp? ALL OUT FITNESS CAMP is an outdoor fitness workout program designed to improve your health by promoting fat loss, and improving muscle strength, definition & toning. Camps are held outside and use the natural landscape and one’s own body weight to create an exciting way to exercise. Each camp is carefully planned so that you quickly see a difference in your levels of energy, physical well-being and self-confidence.
“The camps are fun!” and provide a new approach towards fitness as well as motivation and inspiration in a team environment. ALL OUT FITNESS CAMP can also be a rewarding way to meet great people with similar fitness goals.
Adults of all ages and all fitness levels are encouraged to participate given that almost all exercises can be altered so that you will be challenged whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast. The participation in All Out Fitness Camp yields many fitness and health benefits:

The free camps will meet at the Greenway trail pavilion off Dale Street in Boone. The workouts last one hour and are held rain or shine, so come prepared! Free classes will take place Monday (July 20th), Wednesday (July 22nd), and Friday (July 24th) at 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM as well as Tuesday (July 21st) and Thursday (July 23rd) at 10:00 AM.
Valerie recommends you bring along plenty of water, a waterproof exercise mat (optional), a towel, and a poncho in case of rain. The first All Out Fitness Camp starts Monday, August 3rd, 2009. For more information on how to register, visit www.alloutfitnesscamp.com
