In these modern time children are more involved into texting, tapping and typing on keyboards. It deters them from enhancing their old fashioned skill which is known as handwriting. They just try to keep pace with the fast moving world, so they speed up their move. The children are unaware of the fact that moving a pen or a pencil reaches beyond communication. It has been proved by research that gripping and moving of a pen improves brain activity, hones fine motor skills, and can predict a child's academic success in ways that keyboarding can't. Good handwriting is very important for the children but they need to practice it. Handwriting change the way of learning and also help in developing in the brain. When you write with a good handwriting then it will save your time because u can read it afterwards easily and it won’t create any hassle.

The teachers will also appreciate you and you can be in the good book of the teachers. There was a research to measure the brain activation in which one group of the children were asked to practice by writing letters and the other group was asked to practice by seeing and saying the letters. After a couple of week of training it was found that the children who practiced by writing had brain activation similar to an adults. Good handwriting also enables the person to achieve better grades. Studies have proved that the average student score good marks because of the neat and clean handwriting. Many people don’t consider handwriting as an essential skill to nurture among children. The reason behind this is the growing importance of the digital technology. Previously, different official documents were managed in the form of paper files, but now everything can be stored into a computer and also for a longer period of time.

Nonetheless, the skill of handwriting is still somewhat important. There’s evidence that children who write better and faster get better grades. To improve handwriting, the first thing parents need to understand that children get attracted towards only those things which can generate their interest. So writing can be a fun filled activity if parents can provide crayons, designer pencils and good quality notebooks to their children. Drawing and puzzles are a great way of encouraging good handwriting. Good handwriting is a skill which we learn at the younger age and there are lots of benefits which remain with us throughout our life. It also builds confidence and improves the communication skill. It gives immense happiness when you see your children having good writing skills. Handwriting also enables us to have good memory because when you will write yourself and unluckily if you lose it then you will likely to memorize what you wrote. Technology may strengthen our knowledge but writing allows users to hand-scribble notes on the touch screen rather than paper may be useful tools. Researchers are also working on software to help improve handwriting. So, every individual should practice for it because all the typing won’t help out.
