These injuries can be frombruises strains to fractures and head injuries. A bruise belongs to damage ofblood vessels, which causes to flow of blood. This can defined by pain,swelling, heat, redness, and loss of function. For sport injuires people use to do warm-up program todecrease damage in soccer.
