Without overindulging or eating too much of a bad thing you should be able to enjoy your meals. Let us now proceed to some of our recommended tips. A. Rule #1 Chew Your Food Slowly: Chew your food slowly and enjoy the process, remember chew like a kid. It takes a few minutes for your brain to convey to your body that it's had enough. Swallowing your food fast will lead to discomfort and overeating. B. Vegetables, whole grains and Fruits, are ideal for your diet and they taste good. Use them to replace high calorie snacks. C. Rule #3 Spread Your Meals: One of the secrets for boosting your metabolism is to spread your meals during the day. That alone sparks weight loss. Spreading up your three meals into four to six smaller meals with a few snacks throughout the day will leave you never feeling hungry. Another important thing is never skip your breakfast! You can indulge in some of your favorite snacks every once in a while, but you have to do it in moderation. D. Rule #4 Drink Lots Of Water: Our body is make up of at least 75% water. Water is very important when we are so serious about weight loss. The need to drink plenty of water is a must as it will keep us hydrated; it cleanses out our bladder and kidneys and the rest of our system. E. Regular exercise is one of the best ways to enhance your energy, trim you’re down your weight and make you feel better.
