As providing free notepads is really more for utility and is not blatantly promotional, this makes it even easier to penetrate target markets that are normally difficult to approach.
Notepad printing also comes at a good cost. Or rather, very little. That can mean increased potential to reach more people through a very subtle, yet smart marketing strategy, and more potential customers for any business, big or small.
