I was installed it on My Operating System (Windows 7) - Windows Live Essentials 2011 includes Messenger, Photo Gallery, Movie Maker, Mail, Writer, Family Safety, and Windows Live Mesh, plus Bing Bar, Messenger Companion, Microsoft Silverlight, and Outlook Connector Pack (Microsoft OutlookHotmail Connector and Microsoft Outlook Social Connector Provider for Windows Live Messenger). Are you using Windows Live Writer 2011??? Download Here. Here, I just want to sharing that How To Add Wordpress Blog into Your Windows Live Writer 2011:
1. Download Windows Live Essentials 2011, here then install it.
2. Open Windows Live Essentials 2011: Start >> All Programs >> Windows Live >> Windows Live Writer 2011. Now, go to Options >> Accounts >> Add, choose Wordpress, click Next.

3. Login into your wordpress blog, and go to Dashboard >> Settings >> check XML-RPC (Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.)

4. Fill in Web address of your blog, User name, Password with your domain name, for example: yourdomain.com, uname, mypassword. Click Next button to setup your blog.
