How to Copy/rip dvd to hard drive on mac/windows

This guide will present you a simple and reliable method to backup DVD movies to hard drive both on Windows and Mac

What you need:
Software: Aimersoft DVD Copy for Windows
Hardware: DVD Burner
Note:Aimersoft DVD Backup for Mac is also available

Step 1: Select DVD Source
Launch the program and insert your target DVD disc into your DVD drive. Click the "Select Source" drop-down list to browse your computer and located your source DVD movie (including compress DVD9 movie to DVD5 disc).


Step 2: Select DVD Target
Click the "Target" drop-down list to select "DVD Folder" or "ISO image" as an output style. Aimersoft DVD Copy can bypass DVD copyright protection and copy DVD to hard drive saved as ISO image file(burn DVD to ISO) or DVD folder(copy Video_ts to DVD).

Step 3: Customize DVD Copy
Select a mode to customize your VIDEO_TS copy. Click the "Copy mode" drop-down list to choose "Full Movie", "Main Movie", and "Custom Mode" based on your own needs


Step 4: Start Copying
After all the above settings finished, click the "Start" button, copying DVD to hard drive will be done in few minutes.
