Tip1: Find the dark sanctum in Fable 3

Going out of the fort (toward the city in mourningwood, not the other way) stay on the left wall. You will eventually reach the zone line for the dark sanctum (this is where the fire wall initially was with the first quest where you had to murder someone). From there actually getting into the dark sanctum building is straight ahead.

Tip2: Find the dark sanctum in Fable 3

It has nothing to do with Reaver's mansion, it has to do with the Dark Sanctum found near the fort in Mourningwood. Note, you will have to perform a murder in order to gain access to the area, but it's in a area without guards so you don't have to worry about that. What is more, you have to travel to another village and come back later.
