As the temperature is getting higher and higher, heat stroke has become a hidden danger for people, especially the old, children and the weak people. How to first aid when heat stroke? How do we treat the patient when heat stroke? We can do the first aid as follows:
First, move the patient to a ventilated, cool, and dry place, such as the corridor and the umbrage.
Second, make the patient supine, unbutton, remove or loose coat. If the clothes were soaked all over by sweat, change into dry clothes immediately. At the same time, open fan or air conditioning but avoid directly blow, in order to heat output.
Third, use wet towel to cold compress head, armpit and groin etc. if it is possible wipe the whole body with warm water, at the same time massage the skin and muscle, accelerate the blood circulation and promote cooling.
If the patient is consciousness or after cooling they are awake, they can drink green bean soup, light salt brine or taking dragon tiger panacea, ten drops or other relieving summer-heat medicine.
