IE9 Bugs on Windows 7:
I'm having really annoying problems with IE9 beta and don't really know where to start but here we go...

IE 9 Bugs 1. Installation
Downloading and installation went smooth. I didn't had any other programs running during install but the installation said it needed to reboot my computer in order to update files that where in use.
When I rebooted the computer, before the log-in screen came up, I got a error message saying that my Windows wasn't genuine. Well, it is genuine and I started to worry about what was wrong.
This problem hasn't come up again but I still want to know what the ____ that was. Was there some sort of secret WGA update embedded in IE9 beta?
IE 9 Bugs 2. Starting IE9 beta
When I start IE9 beta the browser usually pops up but all the pages and tabs and address field is blank and I can't do anything. (See screenshot #1)
I close IE9 and right click the Taskbar to fire up Task Manager and there I find two instances of IE9 running. I "End Process" them and try to start IE9 again and now it works.
I have to do this procedure after every reboot.
IE 9 Bugs 3. Windows UI bug
When I right click the Taskbar to start the Task Manager (see previous point) the Start Task Manager menu item "burns in to the screen". (See screenshot #2).
Seems it's not just this menu item that burns to the screen but the first menu item I click on after I have started IE9 after a reboot. (See Send Feedback in screenshot #1)
This menu item then sits on top of all things that is on screen until i reboot again. If I, for example, watch a YouTube video in full-screen, it's there on top of it.
Other than this specific bug I feel that there is some other strange things happening in the Windows UI after I have started IE9.
IE 9 Bugs 4. Sending Feedback in IE9
I wanted to report all of these bugs through the Send Feedback in IE9 but I can't and here's why.
It says I need to install the Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant, so I click the "Get the Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant" link and downloads the file and when I install it I get a "Newer version already installed error".
I check the IE9 Add-ons and Windows Live ID Sign-in Helper version 7.250.4204.0 is indeed installed and the download page that IE9 sends to is for version 6.5 so the one I have is newer.
I guess that the fact that I have a newer one is because of the Live Messenger beta. See system specs below.
What I have tried to fix the problems
I have tried to run IE9 with the No Add-ons shortcut and tried disabled all the Add-ons in Internet Options.
Under Internet Options I have clicked "Restore advanced settings" and the "Reset..." button with "Delete personal settings" marked.
I have tried the "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering" setting in IE9 without any luck.
I have updated my graphic card drivers (see system specs below).
