One key method for burning some serious fat off the body is by setting up a regular aerobic or cardiovascular routine. Aim to keep yourself moving in some kind of cardio activity for no less than half an hour, five days a week.
Starting with a stationary bike, an elliptic trainer or simply walking is fine.
More noticeable results is usually gotten through advanced workouts such as HIIT. In the middle of each cardio exercise, you'll want to introduce brief intervals of high intensity.
Such bursts of HIIT may involve the use of a jump rope, running, working with exercise gear or even having a swim. Which ever exercise you decide upon , begin by doing it moderately for 30 secs.

Tues - Aerobic exercise only
Wed - Legs (reverse, leg curls, squats, leg press)
Thurs - Only cardio activity
Fri - Stomach, abs, obliques, love handles
Sat - Only cardio exercises
Sun - Have a rest from training
Why it's Important to Eat the Correct Calories
Fat loss usually comes once you are able to consume a lower amount of calories than what is burned off. This can often be achieved by being more conscious of the foods you decide to consume.
In particular, fruits such as melons and berries that happen to be low in sugar, together with lean meats, low fat dairy are foods that help burn belly fat and can help in eliminating any unnecessary calories you may normally absorb.
Target the Stomach Muscles
