How to jailbreak iOS 4 for iPod Touch 3G

Questions:
So i've heard about this iOS4 and it's officially out. I want to update my iPod Touch 32GB. I also wanted to jailbreak it, so I can play my jailbroken apps.

Anyone know if and how I can jailbreak an iPod Touch 3G on iOS4? Also, when I update my iPod to iOS4 using iTunes, does it erase all the data from my iPod?
