How to lose weight scientifically? Medical experts suggest, the scientifically way of losing weight is to control uptake of calorie, add activity and achieve a balanced diet. Losing weight is a systems engineering, which needs to persistent and don’t have any crash course ways. But if you can grasp some losing weight diet, it is very help for you. Here are some suggestions:

1. Set out a weight losing target (the ideal weight or standard weight). Write down on the paper and stick them on the place where you can see everyday.

2. Write weight losing diary. Make a card or chart, line out the planed weight losing figure and the situation of accomplishment.

3. Drink more water. Drink seven or eight cups of water everyday. Water, help the most basic function of body and no calorie, can become the most suitable beverage when losing weight.

4. Be persistent and persevere. In the process of moderate diet, don’t try to but insistent. When you face with the delicious food, just eat moderately and be abstemious of the appetite.

5. Control calories and fat. You should always be care of the calories and fat in food and increase fish and poultry.

6. Eat light diet. Eat less salt. The more salty food, the more food you want to eat. Eat less processed food which with sauce and contain rich sugar, salt and flour, it will increase your calories.

7. Eat fruit and vegetables frequently. Eat some fiber contained fruits, vegetables and whole wheat bread moderately.

8. Balance your diet. According to your diet, eat a balanced diet and pay attention to the timing, excessive food. Slow down the dinner time, and eat each meal not less than 20 minutes.

9. Negative balance your calories. Please remember the principle of weight losing: your absorption must less than the weight heat consumption.

10. Establish a good life style. Please remember you are studying a kind of life style, correct the previous harmful diet and living habit.
