The Spring Rolls can often be found in a Chinese or Vietnamese or Thai restaurant. It's healthy and tastes great. If you ever wondered how to make them yourself, here is a recipe for you.
Steps
Gather all the ingredients. Cook large shrimps (1-2 shrimps for each roll), then peel and de-veined. Cook Chinese thin noodle. Chop Chinese fresh parsley, green onions, fresh mint leaves. Wash and drain bean sprouts.
Prepare the dipping sauce. Mix 1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 ½ tablespoons oriental fish sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
Prepare the rice paper wrap. Heat a large bowl of water to warm (120 – 140 degrees F), fully immerse a sheet of rice paper wrap into the water for 10 seconds until soft, lay the soften rice paper on a dry paper towel, spread 1 teaspoon plum sauce in the middle of the rice paper.
Wrap it up. Place 1-2 shrimps, sprinkles of each other ingredient (noodle, parsley, green onion, mint leave, bean sprouts) on the rice paper, wrap up the rice paper tightly.
Get ready to serve. Place in the refrigerator to refrigerate for an hour or two. Serve with the dipping sauce.
