How to prevent myopia by food?

Myopia not only affects the appearance but also brings inconvenient to daily life. In order to prevent myopia, we can eat some food to prevent myopia. As we know, the myopia in teenagers has increased rapidly. How to prevent myopia by food? Here I will give you some advice on prevent myopia by food as follows: 1.    Protein is the foundation of our cellular structure and function. Meat, fish, milk and egg are rich in protein. 2.    Calcium and phosphorus are the important electrolytes components of aqueous humour which play an important role in maintaining osmotic pressure of aqueous humour and also are the neurotransmitters which maintaining the optic nerve function. Food such as bovine bone, pig bones are rich in calcium and can be absorbed and used by human body easily. Milk, eggs, meat, fish, vegetables, grains, beans, the laver, walnut seed, pumpkin seeds, ect contains phosphorus rich. 3.    Zinc and chromium which are the meat and potatoes to maintain the intraocular pressure and the nerval function. Myopic patients generally lack of zinc chrome. Generally, beans, oatmeal, almond, laver, kelp, mutton, beef steak, yellow croaker, anchovy, oysters, milk powder, cocoa, and tea are rich in zinc. Yeast, beef, grain, meat, liver and cheese contains more in chromium. 4.    Vitamins can’t compound in body, it relies on food supply. Vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B group play a role to maintain the optic nerve function and antioxidation. Vitamin AD and lutein is the base to establish the optic nerve function and maintain the optic nerve function. Liver, milk, eggs, cod liver oil etc contains high content of vitamin, fresh fruits contain lots of vitamins C, beans and peanuts also contain some. 5.    Eat the food which are tonify the liver and kidney such as meat, eggs, liver, kidney, carp, yellow croaker, cuttlefish, shrimp, sea cucumber, turtle, litchi, grapes, walnut seed, mulberry and date.
