As for the thin, put on weight is necessary. Put on weight not only increase the subcutaneous fat appropriately, but also make the body and muscle more robust. How to put on weight? It means to be robust, strong and healthy. Here I will tell you some ways to put on weight as follows: 1.    Eat a balanced diet. You can eat the high fat and sugar food, such as butter or other oils, jam, sugar, to increase heat. Although the weight can be gained rapidly but the long term or excessive eating will damage appetite and lead to chronic disease and damage health. So, eat a balanced diet, increase the appetite gradually and avoid compulsive supply will help you to put on weight scientifically. 2.    Form a good eating habit. Eat timely, have many meals but little food at each and chew carefully and swallow slowly. 3.    Change the sequence of eating dinner. Eat the high density food which contains high concentrate of nutrition first, and then eat other food. 4.    Choose the moderate cooking food, such as steam, stew, fry, boil. Avoid the hard food caused by fry, roast which is hard to digest. 5.    Keep a happy mood, decorate a good dining environment and concentrate to eating. Stress and anxiety is not only affect appetite, but also lead to bad gastrointestinal digestion and absorption. Increased metabolic rates will consume more calories relatively. 6.    Eat sesame, cashew, almond and milk. You can add cashews almond and sesame powder into milk to drink, cashew can eat as snacks, which will have good results for you to put on weight.
