HTC has made it easy to sync your Outlook calendar with your Droid Incredible. Here's the method about how to sync outlook calendar to HTC easily.
* Download HTC Sync from the HTC website: http://www.htc.com/us/support
* Connect the Incredible to your computer with the USB cable
* Drag down the Notification panel and select "Select to change USB connection type"
* Select HTC Sync then Done
* Your phone should connect to your computer - if it doesn't try unplugging the USB cable and trying again
* Select Next on your computer - Enter a name for your phones - Select what information you want to sync
Note: this is the same process for syncing your outlook contacts
As an alternative you can use a Google application to sync you Incredible with your Outlook calendar. Here are the steps:
* Install & Run the program
* Enter your Gmail account information
* Select 2-way sync & set sync intervals
* Save
* The sync will begin
* When sync is complete - check that your calendar events are now in your Gmail account (top right, click Calendar)
* On your Incredible - go to Settings
* Accounts & Sync Settings
* Select your Gmail account
* Make sure the check box for 'Sync Calendar' is checked
* To update everything - Menu > Sync now
There is another method of How to sync your Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar and Android Phone Calendar
Many of us new Androids use Microsoft Outlook regularly for email without Exchange. Now that you have an Android phone (which requires you to have a Gmail account) you have a separate calendar in Gmail which your Android phone can easily sync with. This tutorial walks you through how to enable you to synchronize your Outlook calendar with Google calendar which will sync with your Android phone. This makes things very convenient and uniform when you can enter information in either and they all stay synchronized… and all for Free!
How to do it:
1. Download the Google Calendar Sync software
2. Enter your Gmail account information
3. Select 2-Way sync as this will sync your Outlook with Gmail
4. Set sync interval in minutes
5. That’s it!
Note: to force the sync, simply “Right-Click” the Google Sync icon in your task tray (bottom right), click “Sync”.

Whether you enter calendar entries in Microsoft Outlook, Gmail or your Android phone, all places will be synced. For example, you add an entry on your Android phone, which will eventually sync with Gmail; later in the day you get back to your computer and open Outlook in which Google Calendar Sync will sync with Gmail.
