There are many ways to do SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Expect for doing some works in the website internal, it is also necessary to do external SEO works. To a great extent, using forum to do SEO is arms to increase the PV as well as getting backlinks to your website.

Generally speaking, there are 2 kinds of forums we can use.

Using Normal Forum for SEO, we just use the link in your post to earn PV and backlinks. That means, a forum which always forbid you to add links is meaningless. Otherwise, you will face with the ban of the forum.

Forums with signature are much better than Normal forum. You need not worry about being ban by the forum with suspicious posts. The signature is the best position to add your website links without any dangerous. It will be sticked to your every post, that means you can post in any topic. With it, your post and replay can all lead you traffic. There are 4 kinds of thread we need to replay first:

1. Top Posts. Such posts would be given high weight. Replaying to such posts will be helpful for the search spiders to crawl your site.

2. Special Posts. Like in the New Year beginning, some posts about activities of the forum or some old posts were reposted in the forums. Replay to this kind of posts means supports on the Administrator or Moderator.

3. Technical Posts. Original technical posts are generally very valuable articles, the search engines are also attached great importance to those original content. Replay to those technical post with your own thinking. It will be welcomed by the search engine, and your website will be quickly indexed by the search engine through the signature.

4. Classical Posts. The classical posts surely with excellent content. The search spiders will take those high quality posts seriously. Relay to these posts, your signature will be easily indexed.

Expect for replaying the above post, you can also create some hot posts to attract the search spiders. In order to keep your post always in the first place in the forum, you can replay to your own hot posts regularly.
