It doesn’t need to be this way, you can look after your heart, you can take care of yourself and give your heart everything it needs to stay strong and healthy for as long as you need it. A healthy heart is something that everyone should have, no matter how old or young, rich or poor, we can all make our heart more healthy. Disease of the heart is something that we all need to work together to remedy. Governments, families, communities, individuals, we can all work together to prevent heart diseases and heart attacks.
Heart problems are generally caused by lifestyle choices. Eating badly and not exercising enough are two of the leading causes for heart troubles and these are both things we can control really easily. By simply exercising more and eating better you can drastically reduce the chances of heart failure. Do it for yourself, do it for your children, do it for India. We need everyone to be healthy.

There really is no point to smoking at all and it is killing you, so give it up and look after your heart right now. It is that simple. Heart disease and smoking go hand in hand, so chuck that butt and look out for your heart.
Another cause of heart attacks and heart attack symptoms is stress. Stress can weigh you down and make your heart work harder. Use a stress calculator to see if you are at risk. If you are, then you need to work out ways of ameliorating the stress in your life.
