Increasing Productivity Through Simulation Games

There are a lot of available programs that help organizations deal with their daily operations. From production processes to effective mapping strategies, these programs aim to increase productivity in organizations while also lessening the wasted time and effort of the operations as a whole.

One simulation game would be the value stream mapping technique, where a value stream is considered to represent all the steps needed to obtain a finished product.
