Investigating making a holiday trip to North Queensland in Australia? An itinerary here gives you opportunity to see the couple of World Heritage Parks that are located in this region. This is a few days for your exploration, but hopefully you have more time to take in this fabulous area. Whatever time you have to travel to Australia, you'll want to plan some time in TNQ. The First Day - A day to take in the markets of Kurranda, board the train for a scenic trip and travel into the rain forest for a closer look. Enjoy an Aussie style BBQ lunch and enjoy an aboriginal performance under the big top. While here you may choose to take a dreamtime walking tour or take a trip over the rainforest on a Skyrail for an exceptional bird's eye view of the region. The next couple of days will be contrast of each other, the second day involves a ride on a catamaran from Port Douglas out to the Great Barrier Reef. Here you can snorkel or scuba dive if you want, you'll be able to see the beautiful coral on this reef. The day following will be whatever you want to do, just chill and do what activity makes you happy, fishing, golfing, diving or exploring. On the fourth day you get to experience a four wheel drive adventure across the Daintree to Cape Tribulation. This region is stunning so you want to be sure to have your camera for great pictures of this area. You can take a guided walking tour through this region to get up close and personal. Now depending on your personal preference you may choose to combine this trip to TNQ with spending days in other areas of this region as well. Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast are all within just a few hours driving distance, so you may want to either spend a few extra leisure days in this region or consider picking up a car hire and exploring the surrounding regions. Spending a few days in each region will afford you a true taste of all that the Outback region has to offer. Make a trip to the beautiful region of Tropical North Queensland.
