Jaypee comes up with Kingswood Oriental

Jaypee Greens is coming up with a new product in the market to be called Kingswood Oriental. These will be 160- 165
standalone houses, influenced by south Asian architecture. This will be part of their Wish Town project in Noida, and will be designed on the lines of 17 Miles Drive, California, US.
All units will be east or north-east fac- ing and located adjacent to the 9th and the 18th hole of the Golf Course. These will be available in sizes ranging from 3700 to 4600 sq ft but with multiple layout options that include 4- and 5- BHK units with prices starting at Rs 3 crore.
The clubhouse with an Oriental design will be spread over an area of approximately 60,000 sq ft and will have world- class facilities.
The project will also have Bonsai-led landscaping, a gallery of Zen gardens, Oriental street lighting and pebbled path- ways.
Wish Town is spread over an area of 1162 acres on the bank of the river Yamuna, adjoining the Noida-Greater Noida expressway.
“The golf course is almost ready. We will start construction right away, There is definitely a market for high-end products and we are responding to current demand,“ says Rita Dixit, executive director, Jaypee Greens.
